For Time – As a 2 person team complete the following:


2,000m Row
60 Pull-ups

600′ Overhead walking lunges 25/35
150-Kettlebell swings 35/55

150 Sit ups
400′ Bear crawls

Must be completed in order, doing no more than two movements at a

For example, one partner rows while the other does pullups
switching whenever they like, once done then they can move to the
overhead walking lunges and k-bell swings.

* Partners cannot be performing the same movement *





Scale / sub as needed.  Post total rounds to comments.
