“Death by Deadlift” (185 lb / 225 lb) and Handstand Pushups


1 Deadlift 1 handstand pushup the first min
2 Deadlifts 2 handstand pushups the second min
3 Deadlifts 3 handstand pushups the third min…

Continue till you are no longer able to complete said reps in said minute





Scale / sub as needed.  Post total rounds to comments.
