Make It A Better Day!

The 5:30 am class is off and running!  Are you?

Are you a “Day Breaker” (someone who gets up early for work or school or is just a natural early riser)? If so, you should join us for the new 5:30 am class – did you know that working out first thing in the morning:

  • Gets it out-of-the-way and can help regulate your sleep/wake cycle?
  • Gives you fewer schedule conflicts!
  • Morning workouts helps your brain focus and raises your energy level?
  • AND if you work out in the morning, your body will more efficiently use the calories you consume during the day?

Studies have shown that people who workout in the morning, or begin a morning exercise routine, are more likely to still be doing it one year later, when compared to those who workout at other times of the day.

Remember as a CFE member, you can attend any class at any time, you don’t have to sign up for or commit to 5:30 am (or any time we’re open!) if it doesn’t work for you.

So if you’d like to give 5:30 am a try – the class runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and you are guaranteed to be in and out in a hour (or little less!).
