Did you know that you are a habit making machine? Psychological texts state that over 90% of a person’s behavior is habitual.  That means that almost everything you do is in some way based on your habits.  Every one of these habits started out as something you uncomfortably did the first few times, but then fell into a very strong pattern.

If you view the New Year as a clean slate or a fresh page, now’s the time to get your fitness / nutrition plans in gear & get going on those new habits!

Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.

Celebrate what you accomplish, but raise the bar

each time you succeed!
