For Time:

 

20 pushballs (14 lb / 20 lb)
20 pull-ups
20 pushballs (14 lb / 20 lb)
15 pull-ups
20 pushballs (14 lb / 20 lb)
10 pull-ups
20 pushballs (14 lb / 20 lb)
5 pull-ups

A pushball is done just like a wall ball, but you do not perform a full squat. You do a dip just like a push press.
