WOD:

AMRAP – 10 minutes:

 

Start a running clock.

  1. Do one hang power snatch 65 lb /95 lb and one lateral jump burpee.
  2. Then do one hang power snatch and two lateral jump burpees.
  3. Then do one hang power snatch and three lateral jump burpees.
  4. Continue adding one lateral jump burpee after every hang power snatch.

 

  • Perform a lateral jump burpee by doing a burpee and jumping laterally over your barbell.
  • Both feet leave the ground at the same time and land at the same time.
  • Post your score as the amount of lateral jump burpees completed in a full round plus the amount of lateral jump burpees you finish with.
