Limited Access Saturday (6/1)

Due to construction in the gym late Friday night & Saturday, there will be limited access to the racks on the west side during Saturday’s Open sessions.

The gym is still open 8 – 12 and you can do any thing that doesn’t involve the rack. Short list of ideas:

  • situps
  • lunges
  • burpees
  • using the weights
  • double unders
  • rowing
  • wall ball
  • box jumps
  • running
  • kettle bells
  • push ups
  • squats
  • hand stand pushups

and a whole lot of other things. So don’t let the lack of a rack make you think you’ll just skip Saturday instead, show up & get some work done and start your weekend on a positive note!
