Abmat sit ups
Leg lifts
Atomic sit ups
Toes to bar
.
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work
followed by ten seconds of rest
.
  • the first 8 intervals are Abmat situps
  • the second 8 intervals are Leg lifts
  • the third 8 intervals are Atomic sit ups
  • the last 8 intervals are Toes to bar
.
There is no rest between exercises.
