What Can You Accomplish in 6 Weeks?

This week we will be starting new programming sequence that will have us focusing on Olympic lifting.

This will last six weeks with the main goals of proficiency in:

  • stance
  • grip
  • positions
  • bar path

.

The first two weeks will consist of technique and technique only.

The last four weeks we will start adding weight as proficiency allows.

It is imperative that everyone knows that being on time is a 100% priority and has to happen for everyone to gain from this program.

We will be packing a lot into a short amount of time, so we will be going back to timed warmups and skill sessions. If people are late, they will run a lap and fall in with the class where ever we may be in that session. WODs will be of the shorter nature for the next six weeks, but do not worry they will still be hard!!
