15 Minutes to build up to a heavy clean and jerk




AMWAP – 10 Minutes (As much weight as possible)
Clean and Jerk for total weight
Each athlete will decide how much weight to use for the workout
multiply the number of reps by the weight they used to get a total of pounds moved in the workout.


Scale / sub as needed.  Post total rounds / time to comments
