For Time:

“Death by” power snatch and chest to bar pullups


1 power snatch – 1 chest to bar pullups the first min
2 power snatch – 2 chest to bar pullups the second min
3 power snatch – 3 chest to bar pullups the third min…

Continue till you are no longer able to complete said reps in said minute


Scale / sub as needed.  Post total rounds / time to comments
