Week Day Training Schedule
Mornings:

5:30am – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7am, 9am, 10am – Monday – Friday

All AM Sessions begin promptly on the hour. Earlier AM classes are available upon request.

Afternoon and Evenings:
2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 7:30pm
All PM Sessions begin promptly on the half hour. Later PM classes available upon request.

Foundations Classes: Your introduction to Crossfit
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm; Saturday 8:00am

CrossFit Kids (5 – 12 years): Tuesday at 5:45pm and Saturdays at 9:00am
CrossFit Teens (13+ years): Tuesdays at 4:30pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am

CFE Weightlifting Club: Olympic Lifting Sessions (open to all)
Tuesday, Thursday 6:30pm.

Saturday Session

8:00am-12:00pm Open Strength Session / WOD / Skill drills

Sunday – No Session. Rest.
