Everything that needs work

Strength / Skill: 
Muscle up transitions

WOD:
For total number of reps

One minute of each movement

Toes to bar
Back squat (65 lb / 95 lb)
Push ups
Kettlebell swings (35 lb / 55 lb)

Rest two minutes then

Overhead squat (65 lb /95 lb)
Sit ups
Box jumps 20/24
Ring dips

Scale / sub as needed.  Post total time to comments.
